Say no to an empty room

When a room is empty, buyers tend to focus on the negative points rather than the positive points.
It is so much easier to notice cracks in the walls, paint chips, missed repairs, if buyers have nothing else to look at other than a boring empty space. On the other hand, when a home is welcoming they will focus more on how they can live in that house rather than what they don't like about it. Simply furnished rooms tend to work best, they show the size and future potential of the room. Try and keep the colour neutral and add splashes of colour with cushions, art ,rugs etc.
