Happy New Year to you all. I hope that you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year with your friends and family. I certainly did, the sailing on Sydney Harbour was superb. Lili had fun swimming in the baths at Double Bay and visiting Taronga Zoo, not to mention watching the New Years Eve fireworks on the Harbour.
I am excited about the new year and I feel this is going to be a great one!
First out for the year I will focus on the "Statement pieces for your home". They say every room should have at least one Statement piece or idea! Maybe that's a bit extreme, however lets get your buyers excited.

The great thing about adding that statement piece to your lounge room or spicing up your bedroom or cooking up a new look for your kitchen is that the trends last a little bit longer than, say G string leotards. The beauty of this is that you can get a lot of mileage out of pieces you didn’t pay a lot for. Your home will feel more modern and enticing to the buyers.I think this month is going to be fun!
