The clients have removed all personal photograph's and decluttered the living space, therefore making the space feel spacious and open. The space is easy for buyers to walk around without running into things. The flowers are a great touch also.

Look at the difference between the two photographs, professional photography really makes difference doesn't it.

After:

Look how fresh and clear that view looks. The removal of the cabinet in the corner and relocating the chair really  helps to open up the room and of course enhance the views.

I am going to do something a little different this month. Let me explain. When I list a new property I like to give the vendors advice on how to best present their homes for sale. The better a property presents the more likely that the seller will achieve a better sales price. I like to go room by room and make a list of what I think  needs to be done to make the property present at it's best for sale.
