Preparing your yard for sale

Are you selling your home this Spring and worried that you've let your yard go a bit wild and unattended this winter? The yard is usually the first thing that the prospective buyers will see when the arrive at an open for inspection or private viewing. An over grown garden is not a great first  impression.
