Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to you all. I hope that you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year with your friends and family. I certainly did, Cairns and Port Douglas was amazing! Spending time with family and friends in Kiama was priceless!

I am excited about the new year ahead. First out for the year I will focus on the "Statement pieces for your home". They say every room should have at least one Statement piece or idea! Maybe that's a bit extreme, however lets get your buyers excited.

Inexpensive-yet-chic home goods are easy to come by these days, ones that will add that signature, they cross-the-t-and-dot-the-i and they’re ripe for the picking. Check out some of the cheap shops you will be surprised at what you may find.

Your  home is simply another platform on which to paint your style. Creating a home that speaks who you are and what you’re all about doesn't have to cost more than a mortgage payment.

The great thing about adding that statement piece to your lounge room or spicing up your bedroom or cooking up a new look for your kitchen is that the statement will last a little bit longer than, say the flying ducks on the wall. The beauty of this is that you can get a lot of mileage out of pieces you didn't pay a lot for. Your home will feel more modern and enticing to the buyers. I think this month is going to be fun!
Throughout the year there will be tips on how to do a quick makeover, what are the most important areas or rooms to focus on if you can't do the whole house, how to do it on a budget and do’s and dont's for the quick styler.

So tag along and check the posts for some great tips and idea's. And don't forget to sign up for the monthly summary HERE if you haven't already done so. And tell your friends to sign up. If you know someone that is about to put their house on the market and would like some tips and ideas direct them to my blog. Or get them to call me on 0407126077 as I would love to assist them.

Cheers to an outstanding 2015
