I am going to do something a little different this month. Let me explain. When I list a new property I like to give the vendors advice on how to best present their homes for sale. The better a property presents the more likely that the seller will achieve a better sales price. I like to go room by room and make a list of what I think  needs to be done to make the property present at it's best for sale.
