would like to do to get the home ready for sale; however the reality
is that you probably will not achieve even half of the really
important jobs. You need to take a practical approach to getting your
property ready for sale. You need to present your home so someone else
emotionally falls in love with it – let go, step back and really
think about what will 'sell your house'. If in doubt get professional
help or ask a friend for their opinion.
