This month we are going to talk about what not to do when selling your home.  If you are going to sell your property you have to do it right. Selling a property is a business transaction. Once you decided to sell you need to commit to the process.

Whats the point of mowing the lawn and sprucing up the garden? Its the house they are interested in right?

WRONG: Buyers see your yard as an extension of the house. The front of the home will be the buyers first impression they will form an expectation even before the enter the home. First impressions really count so make it a good one. Stand out the front of your home and see it through the eyes of  your buyer!

• Mow the lawn
• Trim the edges
• Weed the garden
• Clean the cobwebs
• Trim plants
• Add potted colour to brighten up the garden.
